Dr. Dan Holtzclaw is a Diplomate of both the American Board of Periodontology and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Long recognized as one of the world’s leaders in full-arch implantology, Dr. Holtzclaw has published over 60 articles in peer reviewed journals such as the Journal of American Dental Association, the Journal of Periodontology, Implant Dentistry, the International Journal of Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry, and Compendium. Dr. Holtzclaw served as the Editor-In-Chief of the Journal of Implant and Advanced Clinical Dentistry for 13 years in addition to serving as an editorial board member and/or editorial reviewer for six additional dental journals. With over 150 main podium lectures provided at major dental conferences all over the world, Dr. Holtzclaw has been named a “Leader in Continuing Dental Education” by Dentistry Today Magazine for the past 14 consecutive years. Dr. Holtzclaw currently serves as the Director of Fixed Arch Solutions for Affordable Care, LLC, a DSO with over 360 clinics in 41 states. Dr. Holtzclaw is a proud 13 year veteran of the United States Navy who finished his naval career as the periodontist for the US Navy Blue Angels Flight Demonstration Team.

Dr. Maurice A. Salama completed his undergraduate studies at the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1985, where he received his BS in Biology. Dr. Salama received his DMD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he later received his dual specialty certification in Orthodontics and Periodontics, as well as his implant training at the Branemark Center at Penn.

Founding Partner of GISOS (Italian Association of Studies for Osseointegration and Osteosynthesis). Author and co-author of over 100 scientific publications. Lecturer on the occasion of national and international courses and conferences.

Vishtasb Broumand, DMD, MD graduated from the University Of Florida College Of Dentistry in 1997 and subsequently from the University Of Miami School Of Medicine in 2000. He completed his postdoctoral residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery along with an additional year of General Surgery and a fellowship in Head and Neck Tumor and Reconstructive Surgery. He devotes most of his clinical practice to the comprehensive treatment of trauma and tumor-related facial reconstructive surgery, as well as surgical correction of TMJ disorders and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and orthognathic surgical correction of craniofacial deformities and placement of all-on-four and zygomatic dental implants and is also involved in extensive clinical research involving Bisphosphonate Induced Osteonecrosis of the Jaws (BIONJ). While in private practice he was also involved in medical rescue missions and relief efforts. He helped in the extensive repair of craniofacial congenital and acquired deformities of adults and children through several non-profit foundations “Mission Rescate” and “Operation Changing Lives” in the Dominican Republic and Haiti and other medically underserved areas.

Prof. Ziv Mazor is one of Israel’s leading periodontists. He graduated from the periodontal department at the Hadassah School for Dental Medicine in Jerusalem, where he served as a clinical instructor and lecturer for undergraduate and postgraduate dental students. Since 1993, Prof. Mazor has been engaged in clinical research in the field of Bone Augmentation and Sinus Floor Elevation. He is currently participating in the quest for improving and evaluating new grafting materials, using various growth factors as well as researching “osseodensification”- a paradigm shift in dental implantology. Prof. Mazor is a renowned author in dental implantology, and is known worldwide for his innovative approaches in cutting-edge procedures and technologies. He is a world known speaker and has lectured extensively both nationally and internationally. This year was his 25th consecutive year speaking at the AAP. Prof. Mazor is part of the continuing education faculty at the New York University and an Associate Professor at Titu Maiorescu University in Bucharest, Romania. He conducts and moderates advanced international implantology courses and workshops. He is the past President of the Israeli Periodontal Society. Prof. Mazor maintains a private practice limited to periodontal and implant dentistry in Tel Aviv &Ra'anana, Israel.
