Dr. Víctor de Paz Hermoso has a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the Complutense University of Madrid (1978-1984).
Initially he specialized in Family and Community Medicine and worked for a year (1990) as a specialist in the Hospital Emergency Service in Toledo.
He then did his specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Ramón y Cajal University Hospital in
Madrid between 1990 and 1995. Later on in 2004, Dr. de Paz obtained in Tours (France) 2004 the title of Fellow of the European Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. de Paz has extensive experience in Advanced Oral Implantology, Zygomatic Implants and Oncological and Reconstructive Surgery of the head and neck, and has performed rotations or clinical stays in centers of international importance in the field of implantology:

  • University of ÜMEA (Sweden) in 1993.
  • Olsberg (Germany), during the years 2007 and 2008, complementing training him in advanced oral implantology and preprosthetic surgery with Dr. Fouad Khoury.
  • Alicante (Spain), during 2008, with Dr. Rubén Davó, national benchmark in zygomatic implants.

Dr. de Paz is the author of multiple publications, courses and lectures by national and international congresses, and is an active member of the EAO (European Association for Osseointegration), and a member of the Spanish Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of the Head and Neck.
Since 1995, Dr. de Paz has worked as a maxillofacial surgeon at the IMA (INSTITUTO MAXILOFACIAL ACERO). He combines this with teaching the Master’s degree of Oral Surgery at the University of Alcalá de Henares, the Complutense University of Madrid and at the European University of Madrid where he teaches preprosthetic surgery workshops.

Dr. Dan Holtzclaw is a Diplomate of both the American Board of Periodontology and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Long recognized as one of the world’s leaders in full-arch implantology, Dr. Holtzclaw has published over 60 articles in peer reviewed journals such as the Journal of American Dental Association, the Journal of Periodontology, Implant Dentistry, the International Journal of Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry, and Compendium.
Dr. Holtzclaw served as the Editor-In-Chief of the Journal of Implant and Advanced Clinical Dentistry for 13 years in addition to serving as an editorial board member and/or editorial reviewer for six additional dental journals. With over 150 main podium lectures provided at major dental conferences all over the world, Dr. Holtzclaw has been named a “Leader in Continuing Dental Education” by Dentistry Today Magazine for the past 14 consecutive years. Dr. Holtzclaw currently serves as the Director of Fixed Arch Solutions for Affordable Care, LLC, a DSO with over 360 clinics in 41 states. Dr. Holtzclaw is a proud 13 year veteran of the United States Navy who finished his naval career as the periodontist for the US Navy Blue Angels Flight Demonstration Team.

Vishtasb Broumand, DMD, MD graduated from the University Of Florida College Of Dentistry in 1997 and subsequently from the University Of Miami School Of Medicine in 2000.

He completed his postdoctoral residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery along with an additional year of General Surgery and a fellowship in Head and Neck Tumor and Reconstructive Surgery.

He devotes most of his clinical practice to the comprehensive treatment of trauma and tumor-related facial reconstructive surgery, as well as surgical correction of TMJ disorders and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and orthognathic surgical correction of craniofacial deformities and placement of all-on-four and zygomatic dental implants and is also involved in extensive clinical research involving Bisphosphonate Induced Osteonecrosis of the Jaws (BIONJ).

While in private practice he was also involved in medical rescue missions and relief efforts. He helped in the extensive repair of craniofacial congenital and acquired deformities of adults and children through several non-profit foundations “Mission Rescate” and “Operation Changing Lives” in the Dominican Republic and Haiti and other medically underserved areas.
