The patient presented severe maxillary atrophy. Missing all upper teeth and using upper dentures. The remaining lower teeth presented multiple decay and bone loss. The patient had a history of «substance use» and poor oral health.
Upper arch: 1 anterior tilted, 1 nasopalatine, 2 pterygoids, and 2 zygomatic implants with immediate screw in fixed prosthesis. Implant placement is done with an x-nav guide.
