Zygomatic implants are used for the rehabilitation of patients with severe atrophy of the maxilla. This presentation discusses the procedure for quadruple zygomatic support of the restoration. The presentation reviews essential surgical anatomy, technique for placing zygomatic implants, virtual treatment planning using stereolithic models, guided template surgery, orbital complications, and examination of cases.
