He has served as Lecturer in Jodhpur Dental College in 2004 and as Asst. Professor in Government Dental College and Hospital, Jaipur since 2005. He is a Pioneer in Oral Implantology in Rajasthan since 2004. He is also a Pioneer in
Zygomatic Implants. He is also associated with Government Dental College and Hospital, Jaipur & Mittal Dental Implant and Laser Clinic, Jaipur. He is also the Registrar of Rajasthan State Dental Council.He is a Life member of Indian Dental Association, Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons of India, Academy of Oral implantology and Indian Society of Oral Implantology. He has a Membership of the esteemed Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians, Glasgow, UK. He is a Fellow of International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is also a Diplomate of International Congress of Oral Implantology, USA , World Congress of Oral Implantology, Japan and Academy of Oral Implantology, India.
He is engaged in teaching and training the Post Graduates in Government Dental College and Hospital. He has extensively lectured and trained many clinicians in various continuous dental education program all over the country.

Dr. Tarun KumarMDS, PeriodontistDr Tarun Kumar is considered as one of the leading authority in bone regeneration. He is formally trained in periodontics at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. He restricts his clinical work to dental implant therapy, bone & soft tissue reconstruction.
He is a Founder and Academic Chairman of the Bapuji Implant Centre and Professor at Bapuji Dental College & also a Fellow and Diplomate of ICOI and Fellow of World Academy of ultrasonic bone surgery.
He is an active member and frequent lecturer for ISOI, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the International Congress of oral Implantology (ICOI),International team of implantologists, European Association of Dental Implantologists. He has been awarded as the Expert Implantologists from European Association of Dental Implantologists.
He also is faculty for Fundamental Implant programme at University of Buffalo and Dace Dental. He is a faculty at ICOI Advanced implant course in Malaysia. He is currently the Ambassador of ICOI.
His lectures extensively worldwide and has published over 60 articles and book chapters. He is the course director of ICOI 1 year Implant Programs. He is the First Faculty in India to start Advance Implant courses on Fresh Cadaver heads.

Advanced Nasal, Pterygoid & Zygomatic Implantology Theory, Planning & Live Patient Surgery Training
This intensive 3-day Live Surgery Program gives you the opportunity to practice innovative approaches to Nasalis, Pterygoid and Zygomatic Implants. All surgeries are supervised by one-on-one attending faculty.
Course Objectives
The goal of this course is to provide the participants with the necessary skill to perform surgeries for placing Nasalis, Pterygoid and Zygomatic Implants in Patients, thus allowing the rehabilitation of patients with severe maxillary atrophy, without the need for bone grafts. Thereby reducing morbidity and treatment period with predictability.
What will you learn?
- This program is intended to guide and consolidate the theory, concept, and use of Nasalis, Pterygoid and Zygomatic Implants with live patient surgeries.
- In the first day and a half, there will be a theory as well as a practical hands-on workshop.
- The next One and a half days are completely patient-based with 3 surgeries per day, in the morning and in the afternoon.
- Each day starts with a group discussion and treatment planning of the case to follow. During the surgery, each delegate will be closely mentored and guided through the case & will place implants under Mentor‘s supervision.
- The afternoon sessions mimic the morning which by the end of the course will provide each delegate with an experience of live surgeries.
- By the end of the program, each delegate should leave with an immense amount of practical experience in placing Nasalis, Pterygoid and Zygomatic Implants.
