All on 4 with zygomatic and conventional implants

Male patient with bone atrophy in the bilateral posterior region.

It was planned to install 2 Noris Medical zygomatic implants and 2 more conventional anterior implants.

The surgery was performed in hospital under general anaesthesia. All implants had torque above 45 Ncm and immediate loading was performed. The patient received a screw-retained provisional hybrid prosthesis for later placement of a definitive prosthesis.
